Massivit 3D Printing Technologies Ltd. (Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: MSVT) is the leading provider of large-scale, ultra-fast 3D printing systems for the Scenic Fabrication, Architecture, Transportation, and additional industries. The company’s patented Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology enables cost-effective production of large parts at 30x the speed of other 3D printers. This unique photo polymer-based technology allows complex, hollow models to cure on-the-fly, providing ready-made parts straight off the printer. The parts require practically no support structures, thereby reducing waste and expediting lead times. GDP facilitates production of full-scale, complex models for amusement parks, museums, exhibitions, events, TV, theater, and film. Hundreds of experiential applications are available including large parts, prototypes, and molds for giant props, sets, and displays.
Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in Lod, Israel and provides its customers across 40 countries with services via a global dealer network.

  • Massivit 5000
The Massivit 5000 is an industrial-grade 3D printer that enables fabricators to dramatically shorten their production time for large-scale, complex parts....

  • The Massivit 5000 offers a build volume of 57” x 44” x 70” and leverages the company’s patented Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology to enable ultra-fast production of large parts, molds, and prototypes. Based on advanced photo polymer printing materials and sophisticated slicing software, the Massivit 5000 allows parts to be 3D printed hollow with little-to-no support structures, and to be instantly cured during printing. It supports a wide range of post processing options including internal illumination and composite materials finishes.

The Massivit 5000 is designed to serve the fast-paced production needs of a range of industries including Scenic Fabrication, Architecture & Interior Design, Marine and Rail Manufacturing, and Automotive Design & Development. GDP technology has been adopted to date by Massivit 3D customers across 40 countries.

This unique technology offers a 300 mm/sec linear speed or 35cm /13.7” on the Z axis per hour (based on a 1-meter diameter cylinder). Launched in Q2 2021, the Massivit 5000 offers a selection of 5 layer thicknesses, 3 printing materials, and a Dual Material Mechanism that enables printing with a different material on each print head. In addition, large parts can easily be joined together to achieve unlimited size. The Massivit 5000 brings to market a new category in additive manufacturing, overcoming the recognized barriers of production size and speed.

  • Massivit 10000
The Massivit 10000 is designed to overcome the bottle necks of composites tooling with advanced thermoset additive manufacturing....

  • Based on Massivit 3D’s proprietary Cast-In-Motion (CIM) technology, the Massivit 10000 has been developed to digitalize and shorten composites tooling workflows by up to 80% – from weeks to just days. It offers the only true isotropic 3D printed mold on the market, and replaces existing mold production methods that are slow, expensive, wasteful, and require extensive manual skilled labor.

Designed to serve a range of industries including automotive, marine, rail, energy, and construction, the Massivit 10000 facilitates direct casting of a mold as well as unattended shell removal, thereby eliminating the need to produce an initial master, and simplifying the release process.

Cast-In-Motion leverages advanced thermoset dual-component materials that withstand high temperatures (HDT) and provide low thermal expansion (CTE). In addition, the Massivit 10000 offers greater sustainability, minimizing material waste at several different stages.
