As Executive Chef for the Florida Dept. of Agriculture’s Division of Marketing and Development, Justin Timineri promotes Florida’s many outstanding commodities, creates new recipes, attends trade events around the world, performs cooking demonstrations and educates children on the value of healthy food choices and proper nutrition.
