The Flor de Sal is a thin layer of salt that forms on the surface of seawater and is only harvested 30 to 45 days a year, through a careful artisanal process. It's the purest and most natural of all salts. The seasoning it provides food is the "gourmet" salt for excellence.
Only produced in France, Spain, Portugal and MEXICO. In the Cuyutlan Lagoon, located in the state of Colima, is where the GREATEST CONTENT OF MAGNESIUM OF THE WORLD is harvested.
Sea salt dries naturally in the sun. It's not processed and contains microscopic amounts of marine life, and of course natural iodine.
If we compared the characteristics of each type of salt, we would realize why the "marine" type, is healthier and more suitable to ingest every day.

La Flor de Sal es una capa delgada de sal que se forma en la superficie del agua de mar y sólo se cosecha de 30 a 45 días al año, mediante un cuidadoso proceso artesanal. Es la más pura y natural de todas las sales. Por el sazón que le proporciona a los alimentos es la sal “gourmet” por excelencia.
Solo se produce en Francia, España, Portugal y MÉXICO. En la laguna de Cuyutlan es donde se cosecha la de MAYOR CONTENIDO DE MAGNESIO DEL MUNDO.
La Sal de Mar se seca naturalmente al sol. No tiene ningún proceso y contiene cantidades microscópicas de vida marina, y por supuesto de yodo natural.
