Starwin Industries, LLC is a design and contract manufacturing company with over fifty years of operations. Located in the “Birthplace of Aviation”, Dayton, Ohio, we serve the defense and aerospace industries, various government agencies, and research facilities. The great majority of our work is with US and foreign militaries. Starwin manufactures radomes and a large variety of other aircraft components. We design, develop and produce turbine engine test rig components, process instrumentation, and tooling. Our specialties lie in complex, 3-D, multi-axis precision machined prototypes and short run parts and assemblies. We are experienced with a wide variety of materials including metals (from aluminum and magnesium to cast iron, tool steel, titanium and high temperature exotics such as Waspaloy, Inconel, and Hastelloy), as well as fiber reinforced (FRP) composites (fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar), plastics, and even wood.
