The National Coalition for Assistive and Rehab Technology (NCART) is an association of suppliers and manufacturers of Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) products and services that are used by individuals with significant disabilities and chronic medical conditions. Our mission is to ensure that federal, state, and private coverage and reimbursement policies allow for individuals with significant disabilities to have appropriate access to specialized and individually configured products and services.
