Penn State Rehabilitation Hospital
Currently led by Lori Grafton, MD, Penn State Hershey Medical Center’s Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation was established in 2010. Its administrative offices and outpatient clinics are located in the Penn State Hershey Rehabilitation Hospital in Hummelstown, PA. The department includes 11 physiatrists, 3 neuropsychologists, and 4 APCs. The department was approved for a 4-year ACGME-accredited PM&R Residency and its first full class of 4 residents began in July 2015.
