By means of this announcement, we would like to inform you that Syx Automations, known to you as Syx Ticketing, has changed its company name into Gantner.
After the merger of Syx Automations and Gantner Technologies in June 2017, the firm has chosen to continue its operations under one name, i.e. Gantner. The decision to change its name is in line with the ambitious international growth strategy of the company. The collaboration of the two companies creates a broad synergy, giving customers access to a wide variety of integrated solutions.
Gantner has its main strength and expertise in technology hardware and related software. Syx has its main strength and expertise in software and applications. This allows the new group to approach current and new customers with an offer of sophisticated integrated technology where they maximise value for their customers, by leveraging their combined strengths.
Because of the merger, Gantner is now a global supplier of integrated projects consisting of software and hardware solutions for access control and management systems for the sports and leisure industry.
Gantner Ticketing will be used as a brand name for all activities focussing on ticketing and leisure.
This modification only concerns a change in name. The legal entity, property, board, employees, activities, accreditation, contracts, obligations, address and banking data remain unchanged. We will make sure that the change of the company name is processed in our registrations, licences, accreditations and documents as soon as possible.
