  • Scene75 expands to its third Family Entertainment Center in Cleveland, with another center upgrade on the way


    Pairing up once again with QubicaAMF Worldwide (QubicaAMF), the world’s leader and largest manufacturer of bowling and mini bowling products, Scene75 opened its third location in Cleveland, Ohio on August 25, 2017. Along with the usual plethora of attractions available to its consumers, the 80,000-square foot entertainment venue features Highway66 mini bowling with the BES X Bowler Entertainment System and Harmony Infinity furniture.  Building off the momentum of the Cleveland grand opening this past August, their Cincinnati location is adding a 12-lane boutique bowling center that will include BES X, Harmony Infinity Furniture and XLi EDGE Pinspotters.

    “When selecting vendors we spend an extensive amount of time researching and understanding the product, the on-going support channel and evaluating if it’s something that will stand the test of time and provide the best experience for our guests,” states Jonah Sandler, Chief Entertainment Officer and Partner, Scene75 Entertainment Center. “Choosing QubicaAMF we identified a partner that has supported us through the installation process and all the way through the bowling experience.”

    Not only is Scene75 a well-known brand within the Amusement Industry, its Cincinnati location was the recipient of the 2016 IAAPA Brass Ring Award for Top Family Entertainment Center in North America. This prestigious award is a true reflection of the culture of Scene75, and potential growth of bowling within the FEC Industry.  

     “Scene75 has been a valuable partner with QubicaAMF and has successfully leveraged mini bowling in all three of their locations,” shares Tony Tallarico, Business Development Manager, QubicaAMF. “We are excited to see Scene75’s continued growth as they add full size bowling lanes to their attraction portfolio and take advantage of QubicaAMF’s full range of services.”

    Scene75 Cleveland is not only their newest endeavor but becomes the largest indoor entertainment center in Cleveland with games, attractions, permanent food trucks and more fun for all ages. 

    As a testament to their success with bowling, Jonah explains, “Bowling is one of our attractions that creates a memorable experience for all demographics, and that’s not an easy thing to do with most attractions.” Later this year, they hope to open their doors to The Pin Deck, the first boutique bowling center in Cincinnati and newest attraction for the Scene75 Cincinnati location.

  • The new eco-tourism destination chooses to add 12 lanes of bowling where entertainment, sport and discovery all come together

    Village Natures Paris

    QubicaAMF Worldwide (QubicaAMF), the world’s leader and largest manufacturer of bowling and mini bowling products, was chosen for the recent bowling installation at Villages Nature Paris. Located just outside Disneyland Paris in Bailly-Romainvilliers and Villeneuve-Le-Comte. Village Nature offers a complete change of scene to help guests reconnect with the things that truly matter and discover new experiences. The new bowling center, which opened to the public on September 1, 2017, features 12 lanes of bowling with TMS String Pinspotters and BES X, the world’s only Bowler Entertainment System. 

    “With a dedicated sales office in France and worldwide support, QubicaAMF was able to deliver with the most innovative bowling products and a proven service model,” says Jean Marc Mounet, Architect & Senior Program Manager, Euro Disney & Villages Nature Paris. “We couldn’t be happier with the partnership we have built and counsel we received in developing a family entertainment attraction with bowling.”

    Villages Nature Paris is the result of collaboration between Euro Disney SCA and the Pierre et Vacances Center Parcs Group. After much research on consumer trends and the future of entertainment, it was an easy decision to place bowling within the center of the shopping and entertainment area at Villages Nature Paris. 

    “Both of our companies strive to deliver unforgettable experiences, so it just seemed like the perfect fit to partner with QubicaAMF on this project,” says Jean Chabert, Managing Director development, Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs & Villages Nature Paris.

  • Monster-Sized Charity Bowling Contest in Store During IAAPA Attractions Expo

    QubicaAMF and Give Kids The World Village to host a special charity bowling contest with up to $10,000 in prizes for attendees and the charity

    QubicaAMF Worldwide (QubicaAMF), the world’s leader and largest manufacturer of bowling and mini bowling products, is proud to partner with Give Kids The World Village (GKTW) to host a charity bowling contest during IAAPA Attractions Expo.

    With a donation to Give Kids The World Village, the Central Florida-based nonprofit that provides cost-free vacations to critically ill children and their families, Expo attendees will have the chance to bowl a 5-frame game of Monster Factory at the QubicaAMF booth #606.  If participants “Match the Monster” created by the BES X Bowler Entertainment System, they can win $10,000, to be split between the winner and Give Kids The World.

    Rolling out big donations for Give Kids The World is nothing new for Expo attendees. Last year, IAAPA FEC members raised more than $45,000 to help renovate Marc’s Dino Putt, the mini golf course at the Village.

    Give Kids The World Village has welcomed more than 156,000 families from all 50 states and 76 countries since 1986. This year the Village is expected to serve 8,000 families.

    “We are truly blessed to be part of the IAAPA family – the members are among our most enthusiastic and generous partners,” said GKTW President and CEO Pamela Landwirth. “We’re thrilled – and so grateful – that QubicaAMF has created such a fun and memorable way to raise money for Give Kids The World. The Match My Monster Bowling Contest is sure to be a monster hit.”

    “With different areas of expertise, our common goal is to create fun and provide a unique experience,” says Pat Ciniello, Chairman of the Board, QubicaAMF Worldwide. “We are excited to partner with Give Kids The World and hope this year’s attendees will have a ball while raising money for a great cause.”

    IAAPA Attractions Expo attendees may visit Booth #606 Tuesday, November 14 through Thursday, November 16 to take part in the fundraiser with QubicaAMF.  The $10,000 prize is insured daily by McGowan Insurance, and underwritten by Specialty Insurance Group (SIG).
