The company is present in more than 80 countries worldwide and manufacturers high quality products for the global market . The production plant of over 16,000 square meters located in the Industrial area of Caltagirone is equipped with injection molding area including 34 presses of different tonnage for the production of fittings, valves and accessories; the extrusion area with 6 lines of extrusion and coextrusion line, three for the production of multilayer pipes for civil and industrial application for water and gas.

Plastica Alfa manages and controls the entire production cycle, from the design of molds to the moulding and extrusion granting a constant quality control on processes and finished products: this quality control is also guaranteed by several national and international certification bodies (like Kiwa, CstBat, Ghost, Sabs, Eurofin, Blugarcontrola, Wras.
