Dr. Franklin Gaudi comes to Laurel Ag & Water from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo's BioResource and Agricultural Engineering (BRAE) Department where he was an Assistant Professor and Project Manager for the Irrigation Training and Research Center (ITRC) until June of 2022. In addition to his tenure at Cal Poly, Franklin served as a member of the Irrigation Association Certification Board where he assisted in maintaining and updating professional certifications.
Franklin is now the Executive VP of Design for Laurel Ag & Water. In this role he works with the design team to provide an exceptional customer experience, building cost effective solutions trailored to their indiviudal needs. Franklin is excited to continue teaching growers about the importance of irrigation design and scheduling via professional conferences and tradeshows.
