Mu Alpha Theta welcomes all Middle and High School teachers!

Mu Alpha Theta, the National High School and Two-Year Honor Society, was formed in 1957 at the University of Oklahoma.  We are dedicated to inspiring keen interest in mathematics, developing strong scholarship in the subject, and promoting the enjoyment of mathematics in high school and two-year college students. The organization of mathematics clubs serves over 108,000 student members in more than 2400 schools in the United States and 20 foreign countries.  Offering more than $300,000 in scholarships, grants, awards, and prizes yearly, we would love to support your math club and talented math students.  See us at www.mualphatheta.org for more details.

We also offer free math competions for students to participate in right at their school.  This summer, more than 600 students and teachers will join us in Washington D.C. for our summer convention and math competitions.  We have honor cords and tassels, t-shirts, and other items for members to recognize their achievements.

For middle school students, we offer Chi Alpha Mu (Creative Adventures in Mathematics).

We hope you and your students will join us.

Brands: We have t-shirts, honor cords and tassels, and other items to show your Mu Alpha Theta spirit. Samples available for viewing at the booth.
