Our 2nd generation DigiTrigger 2.1 & 2.2 is a complete redesign of the system, not just an update to aesthetics or a few components like most manufacturers. The trigger group has been changed to a flat faced trigger with ambidextrous selector as standard. Grip profile has been optimized and is now the size of a standard AR grip, with modern updates to the texture profile. Internally the new grip set boasts a metal chassis, making it far stronger than a normal bolt on grip, and incomparably robust as compared to the previous model. Electronically the system has been revamped for efficiency, and is completely encapsulated in epoxy. The combination of this and the new triple o-ring sealed battery magazine make our new grip completely submersible. Perhaps the most exciting change is to the UI, which replaces mode buttons with an intuitive mode slider. This mode selection method allows the user to set a predetermined digital operating mode, which is instantly active the moment the selector is set to the digital position. Finally the DigiTrigger 2.1 & 2.2 is designed to be user installable, and is more universal as it no longer requires only lowers with removable trigger guards.
