Intruder in a Box is an innovative device to test projectile performance. The Box simulates a human torso with material for skin, bone, muscle and internal organs. The Box is the future of ballistics testing. With this non-homogeneous model, testers will now see the difference of how projectiles respond when hitting bone like material. Penetration depth and projectile integrity are dramatically effected.
The box allows testing against a full torso (bone in front and back), bone in either front or back and no bone (like ballistics gel).
