The OFAI offers a uniform and standardized candidate testing process for all firefighters in the province of Ontario. CTS follows industry standards and best practices including bona fide medical, clinical, physical and on-the-job requirements. Candidates who have completed our CTS process have successfully demonstrated their aptitude, interpersonal skills and work styles inventory, vision and hearing requirements, physical ability and firefighter technical skills.
