Health and Wellness Alley is a vision spearheaded by Frontline Health and Performance Inc. to bring an interactive health and wellness section to the OAFC 2023 Trade Show.

Frontline Health and Performance Inc. was launched in 2022 by Shawn Gilmer, Mark Fitzgerald, and Dr. Michael Williams-Bell, to support candidate and career firefighters in achieving lifelong health and wellness. The team has over 25 years of experience conducting research and performing health and wellness appraisals within the fire service and over 20 years of coaching elite-level and tactical athletes. Frontline Health and Performance Inc. are utilizing their expertise in the industry to enhance the data collection and reporting analytics for fire departments across Ontario and British Columbia.
