Hexagon Digital Wave, LLC has received Transport Canada Equivelancy Certificate SU 13583 authorizing the use of its Modal Acoustic Emission (MAE) technology to life extend SCBA cylinders up to 30 years from date of manufacture. The potential to double the life span of carbon composite cylinders through this process will have meaningful budgetary and positive environmental impacts for fire departments in Canada.
