The Idaho Potato Commission is the marketing arm for the entire Idaho potato Industry and represents over 30 shippers, many of which are exhibiting at this show. Idaho supplies 33% of all potatoes in the United States; the majority of which are russets, however, we’ve expanded to include a number of other types of potatoes including reds, yellows and specialty varieties.
