Hampshire Paper & Berwick Offray are both manufacturers which provide The World’s Most Beautiful Ribbons© and decorative packaging materials for the floral and gift industry. The vast majority of our manufacturing is domestic, but we also have offices and staff in Asia to handle import sourcing and quality control.
Examples of the products we sell include Guardsman® tissue, paper & foil, Kwik-Cover® brand pot covers from Hampshire and Flora-Satin™ ribbon and woven or poly ribbons & bows made in the USA from Berwick Offray.
