On display at Urschel booth #4606, the Sprint 2® (with conveyor) Dicer. The Sprint 2 is equipped with a built-in discharge conveyor and compact cutting zone to promote increased output within customer-defined specifications. Sanitary in design with the food zone completely separate from the mechanical zone. Sloped surface areas and a rounded tube frame deter bacterial growth, and hinged panels allow ease of access and simplify routine maintenance. A selection of cutting parts are available for one-, two-, or three-dimensional cutting.
