The preferred choice to glaze any meats quickly and easily
We have been perfecting pepper and wine jellies since 1982. In the early 90's a restaurant distributor named Merlino Fine Foods sampled all the pepper jellies in the U.S. and we got the contract hands down. Restaurants primarily use our jellies on or with any kind of meats. We have won thousands of awards including sweeping our entire category in the National Fiery Foods Challenge. We have done so twice with numerous 1st and 2nd's.
There are literally thousands of uses for our products. Cream cheese and crackers are a favorite. The restaurants put a thin layer of our jellies as a finish to any meats just before taking off the heat or they serve it on the side as a dipping sauce. They will also use it as a base with other sauces like worcestershire, cream cheese, mayonnaise or peanut butter.
