The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) is a medical, non-profit association based in Vienna/Austria and is the largest organisation dedicated to nuclear medicine and hybrid imaging in Europe. Being the umbrella organisation in Europe, the EANM acts as a forum for representation and provides a platform for exchange, for both individual as well as national society members.
The European School of Multimodality Imaging and Therapy (ESMIT), being EANM´s educational facility, represents EANM’s response to huge changes in the educational needs of the nuclear medicine community and the rising demand for greater multimodality content. ESMIT is committed to offering high quality training and education – both online and in-person – with the aim to not only educate its course participants on all modalities that are used in imaging, but also to well prepare them in the therapeutic applications of our discipline.
