To get the most accurate internal dosimetry estimates, ProAqCT implements the NCI library of S values and biokinetic data for more than 300 clinically relevant radiopharmaceuticals. This extensive library of S values is a function of 300 radionuclides, 55 target regions, 68 source regions, and 24 phantoms. Using this library, ProAqCT automatically calculates absorbed dose coefficients (mGy/MBq) as a function of patient age, gender, radiopharmaceutical and administered activity data.
