Welcome to our unique LigandTracer technology that provides affinity, kinetics, and target occupancy of radioligands that target live cell receptors

Ridgeview Instruments is a Swedish biotech company focused on providing instruments and software for studying biological interactions in real-time. Our cell-based interaction technology LigandTracer® is used in over 25 countries worldwide and our analysis software TraceDrawer supports data analysis for many different instrument platforms.

Thorough characterization of interactions with cellular receptors is crucial for understanding biology, and targeting/monitoring diseases like cancer. With LigandTracer you can perform time-resolved cell based assays with minimal use of disposables and manual intervention. Common applications are binding assays of interactions such as ligand-receptor, antibody-antigen, PET/SPECT tracer binding kinetics, and time-resolved viability assays.

Brands: LigandTracer, TraceDrawer, and InteractionMap

 Press Releases

  • LigandTracer monitors molecular interactions in real-time, right on your lab bench, with only a few preparatory steps and limited input.

It is a flexible platform compatible with a large number of applications. We have chosen to divide them based on what insights you aim for or the type of immobilized (target) or labeled (ligand) interaction partners you have. Almost all applications can be done with all instrument models.

TraceDrawer is a software for evaluating, comparing and presenting real-time interaction data. Our most appreciated feature is the quantification of kinetics and affinity through curve fitting, with a large number of binding models to choose from. TraceDrawer can extract experimental information from the measurement, requiring minimal user input.

InteractionMap (IM) is a mathematical tool to evaluate heterogeneous interaction data, i.e., when a ligand engages in different interactions simultaneously. It displays the number and magnitudes of parallel one-to-one binding events that together reproduce the measured binding curve and does not require any prior knowledge of the binding mode.
