Almac has >20 years’ experience supplying peptides to both the research community and for clinical trials. Our scientists have developed a high level of technical expertise enabling manufacture of peptides with a wide range of complexity, including high-throughput manufacture, long peptides, conjugation and peptide cocktails. Almac has intimate knowledge of all the required steps to progress a peptide radiopharmaceutical precursor from initial concept to first in human testing, and through the entire clinical journey. We have ongoing programs from Phase 0 through to Process Validation and supported a commercial radiopharmaceutical launch in 2023.

  Almac Group Expands Commercial Manufacturing and Packaging as well as Peptide Production Capacity

  The Almac Group has today announced the completion of two new purpose-built facilities at its headquarters in Craigavon, Northern Ireland meeting client demand in commercial manufacturing and packaging as well as peptide production. The multi-million-pound large-scale expansion substantially grows operations for two of the Group’s business units, Almac Pharma Services and Almac Sciences.
