  • IDAHO FALLS, Idaho and MADISON, Wisconsin, September 4th, 2024 -- International Isotopes, Inc. (INIS) and Phantech Medical (Phantech) have entered into a joint venture agreement to form PhanQual, which will design, manufacture, and distribute long-lived calibration and reference sources for pre-clinical applications.

    PhanQual will leverage INIS’s and Phantech’s technologies, facilities, experience, and global network to design, manufacture, and distribute sealed sources, including adapting Phantech's patented and cutting-edge fillable calibration source technology, into sealed source calibration devices to better serve the R&D and theranostics community. Additionally, RadQual will globally distribute Phantech’s entire portfolio of fillable sources through RadQual’s global network of distributors.
     
  • Idaho Falls, Idaho, June 2, 2025 – International Isotopes Inc. (OTCQB: INIS), is pleased to announce the commercial availability of Ytterbium-176 (Yb-176), a stable isotope used in the production of Lutetium-177 (Lu-177) — a critical therapeutic radionuclide in targeted cancer treatments.

    Yb-176 is a key precursor in the production of Lu-177 via neutron irradiation. With increasing demand for targeted radiopharmaceuticals across the globe, the availability of high-purity Yb-176 supports both current clinical applications and future growth in precision oncology.

  • International Isotopes is proud to announce a new distribution agreement with TerThera, the premier producer of Terbium-161 (Tb-161), a promising next-generation therapeutic radionuclide. Under this agreement, International Isotopes will distribute TerThera’s Tb-161 in the United States to selected sites.

    This announcement coincides with TerThera’s recent achievement of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification, marking a significant milestone in the company’s readiness to supply high-quality radiopharmaceutical-grade Tb-161 for clinical and commercial use. The certification underscores TerThera’s commitment to meeting rigorous international quality standards and accelerating the development of novel radiotherapeutics.

    Tb-161 is a beta-emitting isotope with Internal Conversion and Auger electrons, making it particularly effective for small tumor lesions and micrometastases. It has drawn strong interest from radiopharmaceutical developers as a potential alternative or complement to existing therapeutic isotopes like Lutetium-177.
     

  • INIS is proud to announce its exclusive partnership with SCINTOMICS Molecular, Applied Theranositcs Technologies GmbH (ATT), a global leader in radiopharmaceutical synthesis technology. Under this agreement, International Isotopes will distribute, install, and service ATT’s state-of-the-art synthesis modules throughout the United States and Canada.

    ATT’s innovative equipment is designed to streamline the production of radiopharmaceuticals, enabling radiopharmacies and cyclotron facilities to produce radioisotopes for critical diagnostic and therapeutic applications with greater efficiency and precision. This partnership marks an important step in expanding access to advanced technology in the U.S. and Canadian nuclear medicine markets.

    As part of the agreement, International Isotopes will provide a comprehensive suite of services, including equipment sales, installation, maintenance, and technical support. In addition, the company will manage the sales and supply of consumables, including precursors and production sets, to ensure uninterrupted operation of SCI-att GRP Modules.
