 Press Releases

  • Westlake Village, California (February 15, 2022) – ProDIGIQ, Inc., an industry leading aviation technology company, donated $10,000 at the end of last year to the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Scholarship to support future aviation leaders of diverse backgrounds.

AAAE received the generous donation through their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Scholarship program. The funds will help students of various cultural backgrounds pursue opportunities in higher education.

Arpit Malaviya (CEO of ProDIGIQ) and Anita Venkataraman (the company’s co-founder, President, and Chief Technology Officer) place importance on investing in tomorrow’s aviation leaders. Arpit, Anita, and the entire ProDIGIQ team are always enthusiastic to help others and inspire positive change.

“I am grateful for the ability to contribute to such a noble cause. On behalf of the entire ProDIGIQ team, we feel honored and are happy to support the next generation of aviation leaders,” expressed Mr. Malaviya.

AAAE Second Vice Chair Perry Miller leads the DE&I Scholarship initiative. Donors can commit various levels between $3,500 and $10,000 to assist the effort. DEI Scholarship Leaders, such as ProDIGIQ, aspire to promote equity and inclusiveness for aviation industry decision-makers of tomorrow.

“Helping underrepresented students achieve an education is one of my passions. I am elated that Arpit Malaviya and Anita Venkataraman share that same passion and have committed to a very generous contribution to help fund the AAAE DE&I Scholarship,” said Mr. Miller.

The DE&I Scholarship will help students of the 2022-2023 academic year. Eligibility for the scholarship is set aside for applicants of ethnic diversity with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. AAAE is still raising funds and has not yet determined the final award amounts of the scholarship.

The AAAE Foundation has contributed a compelling $5.3 million in scholarships since 1989. One hundred percent of the money collected goes towards students, ensuring donations provide the most value to scholars.

ProDIGIQ’s charitable efforts help support the Rising Scholars Academy, the Veteran’s Emergency Fund, and other generous causes. Ms. Venkataraman contributes ongoing support by serving as a Moorpark College Foundation Board Member.

ProDIGIQ’s team upholds corporate social responsibility by focusing on three areas: Education, Children, and Veterans. The company’s involvement in AAAE Foundation and similar efforts speaks to ProDIGIQ’s integrity driven core values
