Exceptional Children’s Foundation (ECF) serves nearly 4,000 young children, students, adults, and their families each year at 15 programs sites, in clients’ homes, and in community settings throughout Los Angeles County. ECF is the only organization of its kind in California offering lifespan services for children and adults with developmental disabilities and other special needs.
