KLAB4RECOVERY SPINAL CORD INJURY RESEARCH PROGRAM
The KLAB4RECOVERY SPINAL CORD INJURY (SCI) RESEARCH PROGRAM is directed by Dr. Maria Knikou, a world-known clinical neurophysiologist who specializes on research with the aim to improve function and quality of life in people with SCI. Our current clinical trial focuses on administering 40 sessions of non-invasive transspinal stimulation and robotic gait training in people with SCI. Our research is funded by the NIH and NYSDOH.
