The Perkins Library is the free public library for those who have difficulty reading regular print due to a visual, physical or reading disability. Audio, braille and large print books and magazines are loaned to registered patrons as well as the easy-to-use audio book players. Books arrive in the mail, no postage required or reading materials can be downloaded. Over 450 newspapers are available for free through the Newsline service via phone, computer or mobile device.
