REACH Resource Centers on Independent Living
REACH’s goals are to uphold the principles of the Independent Living Movement, i.e. self-help, self-determination, peer support, and equality; to develop and implement programs that are responsive to the needs of local residents with disabilities; and to identify and assist demographic groups that are traditionally unserved or under-served by public and private agencies.
