Profile

Ms. Palma is a Division Chief in the FIAR Directorate, OUSD Comptroller. She leads the DoD’s Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) Program for financial reporting and systems, and provides infrastructure, guidance, and training to the DoD-wide RMIC and fraud communities. Ms. Palma also has oversight of the DoD’s annual financial audit. She began her federal career with the Air Force Audit Agency where she held positions of increased responsibility from installation-level auditor to deputy director. Ms. Palma has extensive experience directing audits of the Department of the Air Force. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a Master of Business Administration.
