Sean is a Special Agent in Charge with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of the Inspector General (OIG), responsible for investigative oversight of more than $12.6B in USAID programming throughout Africa and the Middle East. Before the OIG, Sean retired from the United States Coast Guard as a criminal investigator with Coast Guard Investigative Service, completing global assignments including Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Sean is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration with Liberty University and holds a Master of Public Administration from American Military University, along with Certification as a Fraud Examiner.
