Jim was appointed Administrator in July 2021, after serving for eight years as the Secretary of Labor for Kansas. AT DOL, Jim has sponsored several efforts to advance the fight against fraud, including an evaluation to identify best practices and help improve the Integrity Data Hub utility for states to fight fraud in unemployment insurance.
