Carroll Schneider joined FEMA in March 2015 as a Program Analyst supporting the Audit Liaison Office (ALO). In her role as Data Team Lead, Carroll provides tactical and strategic support ensuring compliance to OMB A-50 audit follow-up systems and processes and is FEMA’s system owner of the audit management system of record. Carroll also serves as a liaison within DHS and FEMA focused on process improvement, data management and data analytics projects.
Carroll holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Arizona and is a PMI Certified Project Manager. Prior to FEMA, Carroll provided contractor support to various Federal Government Agencies and was involved in a joint venture between multiple Aerospace & Defense contractors.
