Kathy Davis is a senior auditor and has been with the Secretary of State Audits Division for over 10 years. She has worked on multiple financial and performance audits, including audits of improper payments in the Medicaid Program. Kathy has assisted investigations of allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse of state funds, including fraud investigations in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. Her work assisted in several cases that resulted in convictions.
