Profile

Ms. Jennifer Wagner currently serves as an Assistant Director at the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General, Office of the Chief Data Officer, Division of Data Analytics. In this role, she leads the development of analytic products related to oversight of the HHS discretionary portfolio, including self-service tool development, ad hoc requests, and training. Prior to joining HHS OIG, Jennifer served as a Senior Public Health Advisor at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) focusing on substance abuse prevention, tobacco control policy, sampling, and survey design. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a graduate certificate in Survey Design and Data Analysis from George Washington University, and a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Policy from Johns Hopkins University.
