Ms. Javery is the Director of Compliance Operations Office in the Rural Development (RD) Office of the Chief Financial Officer, United States Department of Agriculture. She accomplishes Financial, Policy, and Compliance oversight for RD-wide initiatives and its loan portfolio of more than $224.5 billion to bring enhanced economic opportunity to the Nation's rural communities. As leader of policy, internal and external control programs, Ms. Javery's over 80 employees operate to enhance RD's commitment. Ms. Javery holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and is a Certified Government Financial Manager. She joined the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) in 1998. Ms. Javery has held several positions at the National, Regional and Chapter levels. She currently serves on the Professional Development Training Technical Committee. Ms. Javery’s AGA past positions include National Senior Vice-President At-Large, Regional Vice-President, Regional Coordinator for Education, AGA Chapter Executive Committee as President, Co-Education Chair, and Website Coordinator.
