Robin Collins serves as the Executive Director of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Assistant Secretary for Financial Resource’s Response Coordination and Data Integration team (ARC). The ARC is the integration point for ASFR’s cross-cutting initiatives, activities, communications, and data analysis in response to COVID-19 and other emerging events.
Robin previously served as the acting Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Enterprise Services and Executive Director for the Office of Enterprise Service in HHS Office of the CIO. In this role, she led a diverse IT policy and governance portfolio, key cross-cutting initiatives as well as the day-to-day business operations of the organization. Robin has served in various roles within the Department of Health and Human Services. Previously, Robin worked at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) where she worked for over 7 years in CDC’s Chief Information Office managing CDC’s IT portfolio.
She is a certified PMP and holds an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from University of Baltimore.
