Profile

David has served as the Chief Administrative Officer of MEMA since 2011. During that time David oversaw the financial components of the Commonwealth’s response, logistics, and recovery operations during twelve Presidentially Declared Disasters and dozens more Commonwealth State’s of Emergency events. On “Blue-sky” days David serves as the CAO/CFO of MEMA, overseeing the investment of state, federal and numerous other sources in the Commonwealth’s emergency preparedness and training capabilities. (On really Blue-sky days, David enjoys running, swimming, and biking as well as reading and relaxing!).
