Mr. Gregory Koval is the Deputy Director, Financial Management Operations. He is responsible for the day‐to‐day operations of the organization, including its regional offices, and supporting the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller), in accomplishing his full responsibilities for Department of the Navy (DON) accounting and financial operations. In addition, Mr. Koval is responsible for general oversight of the DON’s Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) program and serves as the DON’s Chief Accounting Officer.
