Ms. McAndrew is a Director Consulting Expert in CGI Federal’s Management Consulting Practice (MCP) where she supports financial management and organizational change practices in the Intel and Defense Communities. With over 30 years of experience in Budget and Financial Management, IT implementation and system operations and maintenance, Kris brings both private sector and government knowledge to her technology–focused financial career.
Utilizing her extensive knowledge of the Intelligence Community, Kris continues to drive toward assisting and accelerating federal government transformation by supporting implementation, modernization, and change management efforts to improve processes and procedures with innovative methodologies and IT solutions.
