Profile
Dr. Jonathan Lappin is the Chief of the Strategic Workforce Analytics and Engagement Branch in the Office of Human Resources at the National Institutes of Health. An expert with more than 15 years working in the field of workforce planning, he leads a team of analysts who analyze and provide consulting services to our Institutes. His portfolio includes numerous programs across NIH, including New Employee Orientation, employee recognition and engagement, workforce planning, workforce analytics, mentoring, employee engagement programs, and a multitude of personnel surveys. A life-long learner, Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. He resides in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.
