Rachelle Cabading, CGFM, CFE is the Director of the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury’s Office of Management Services. Rachelle is responsible for leading the fiscal, facilities, and human resources operations for the Comptroller’s Office. Rachelle and her team also provide statewide oversight of procurements, including compliance reviews. Rachelle has more than 24 years of experience with the Comptroller’s Office with over 22 of those years working in the local government audit section.
Rachelle is a graduate of Lipscomb University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management. She is a Certified Government Financial Manager and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Rachelle is also a graduate of LEAD Tennessee and the Tennessee Government Executive Institute. Rachelle is a proud member of the AGA. She has held a number of positions including president of the Nashville AGA Chapter and is currently Chair for the National AGA Higher Education Committee.
