Marshall Henry is the Director of the Do Not Pay Business Center (DNP) hosted at the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service. Marshall has been with the Government for over fifteen years in various roles seeking to simplify and make federal financial management more efficient. He has served as a transformation manager with the Office of Financial Innovation and Transformation and managed notable programs such as Pay.gov and the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS). Marshall is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
