David A. Lebryk is serving as Treasury’s Acting Under Secretary for Domestic Finance during the transition to the current administration where he oversees the development of policies and guidance in the areas of financial institutions, federal debt finance, financial regulation, and capital markets. He was appointed as Treasury’s Fiscal Assistant Secretary in 2014 where he is responsible for developing policy and overseeing the operations of the financial infrastructure of the federal government in the areas of payments, collections, debt financing, accounting, delinquent debt collection, and shared services. Mr. Lebryk previously served as the first Commissioner of the Bureau of the Fiscal Service and has held a series of leadership positions in the Treasury and U.S. Mint and other roles since he joined the Treasury Department in 1989.
