IBC’s Acquisition line of business delivers responsive, agile, compliant and mission-enabling acquisition support services to the federal government. By servicing multiple organizations within the federal government, IBC offers the ability to leverage resources, sharing economies and efficiencies with all our client agencies. With over 20 years of experience providing acquisition support, the directorate manages over $2 billion in contracts administered on behalf of its more than 40 client agencies.
IBC’s Financial Management Directorate is an OMB-certified federal shared services provider for financial management systems and services, which includes accounting operations support services and core financial systems implementation and support for Oracle® Federal Financials software. IBC also provides quarters management, eTravel services and government charge card support. In addition, IBC provides indirect cost rate negotiations with non-federal entities including tribal governments and insular governments.
IBC’s Human Resources Directorate is an OPM-certified federal shared services provider. IBC provides integrated personnel and payroll solutions through the Federal Personnel and Payroll System, a full range of HR operations services, HR analytical and reporting tools, and other related HR systems and services, including drug and alcohol testing and personnel security.
Under OPM’s and OMB’s ePayroll and Human Resources Line of Business initiatives, IBC has been designated a Human Resources FSSP. Serving agencies in the Department of the Interior bureaus and offices, as well as in other federal agencies, we provide human resources systems and services, including human resources operations, payroll operations, an integrated personnel and payroll system, drug and alcohol testing, and personnel security.
