Banner Ads and Press Releases on the ACT Exhibition Site

Banner Ads – Banner ads on the ACT Expo Live! site generate an impressive overall CTR (click-through rate) of 18%. Generate valuable leads by splashing your company logo or advertisement on the ACT Expo Live! floor map with a link to your website.  ACT attendees review the online exhibitor listings and floor map frequently to plan their visit to the Exhibit Hall. Ads will appear on the Exhibit Hall Map page.  Tremendous exposure at a very reasonable rate!  Banner Ad: $350 for four months.  

Press Releases – a great way to gain more exposure through your online presence. One complimentary press release is included in your booth package. Additional press release postings can be purchased for $50 each (limit two [2] posts per month). To submit a complimentary press release, please email the release as a PDF to exhibits@actox.org.  To purchase a Banner Ad and/or additional Press Release posts, please complete the Advertising & Marketing Order Form and send it to exhibits@actox.org 

Annual Meeting Support

Some of the most valuable aspects of the ACT Annual Meeting are the formal and informal exchanges of scientific information, and the connections made between colleagues in the field of toxicology. Annual Meeting supporters are recognized for their good citizen role in supporting and enabling the success of the Annual Meeting. ACT provides acknowledgment through the promotion and publication of supporter names in the meeting Program and the ACT Newsletter, as well as on signage at the meeting, on the mobile app, and on the ACT website, including a hyperlink to the supporting companies' websites.

The Annual Meeting attendee mailing list rental offers the ability to connect with the audience pre-show and promote your participation in the event! The list contains postal addresses only; the ACT privacy policy prohibits access to member/attendee email addresses. To rent the mailing list, please contact exhibits@actox.org.

ToxHunt! A Scavenger Hunt in the Exhibit Hall

This very popular activity is designed as an incentive for all attendees to visit with Exhibitors.  Attendees will be on the hunt for “Dr. Fox” in participating exhibitors’ booths and will be entered in a Grand Prize Drawing for fantastic prizes once they have hunted down the required number of exhibitor passwords.  They will be required to ask you for your company's password, not just scan a code, giving you the opportunity to actually speak with them, engage, and collect their contact information along with their needs and wants! Details coming soon on how you can participate in ToxHunt!
