American College of Toxicology

42nd Annual Meeting and ACT Expo Live!

Gaylord National Harbor

Washington, DC

November 14–17, 2021

The Annual Meeting and Exhibition offers participants the opportunity to learn about and/or expand their knowledge on the application of toxicology in safety assessment and regulatory settings through attendance and active participation in Continuing Education courses and Symposia on contemporary issues. The Annual Meeting also allows scientists, especially from drug development and regulatory sectors, to engage in open exchanges regarding areas of mutual scientific interest, including best practices, and to interact on a professional basis in a collegial setting.
The ACT Exhibition offers attendees the opportunity to meet with their industry partners in an intimate setting and all under one roof. ACT attendees maximize this opportunity and are very engaged with exhibitors.

Payment and Booth Space Cancellation Terms

Booths are sold on a first-come, first-served basis based on space availability. The booth deposit must be paid upon booth confirmation in order to guarantee reservation of space. The College reserves the right to alter an Exhibitor’s assigned space if it is deemed necessary in the best interest of the Exhibitor or the exhibition. Before exercising such discretion, Show Management will consult with the Exhibitor. Applications for exhibit space are subject to the approval of the American College of Toxicology Council. If you wish to avoid having your booth adjacent to or opposite from another company, please review the Exhibit Hall Map carefully before making your selection. Each Exhibitor will have a listing in the Annual Meeting Program if booth is purchased prior to September 1, 2021.

In the event of booth cancellation, the Exhibitor must notify the College in writing or refunds will not be considered. If a company cancels its space, cancellation fee will be $1,250.00 if before July 1, 2021. The company is responsible for the full cost on or after July 1, 2021. The College reserves the right to cancel this contract in any event, on written notice to applicant, if the College considers it inadvisable to hold the Exhibition.
