Exhibit Hall Hours
- Morning and afternoon continental breakfast and coffee breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall both days.
- The Poster Session and Reception will take place in the hall on Monday evening.
- Tuesday’s Breakfast Reception will be in the Exhibit Hall from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.
- The Exhibit Hall will close for one hour during lunch on both days. Exhibit hours are subject to change.

**The exhibitor shall be liable for all storage and handling charges for failure to remove an exhibit by the specified time and date.
Register Your Booth Staff:
Please register your complimentary staff using the Registration Form. The "Exhibitor" option is the last one on the list, showing a price of $0.
As a reminder, you receive two complimentary (free) registrations with your booth reservation. These badges will give you access to all Scientific Sessions and ACT Events except the Continuing Education courses (separate registration required) and the Welcome Reception (ticket required, advance price $50). Any staff over and above the two comps per 8’ x 10’ booth can be registered online (Early-Bird deadline: September 21).
eBooth and Program Listing:
Your online eBooth listing is what potential clients will see every time they visit the ACT website. Our web stats show that the information you provide here will be viewed by our website visitors many times before the meeting and will help attendees plan their itinerary during their visit to the ACT Exhibition.
If you are a returning exhibitor, you are encouraged to review and update your online eBooth information as soon as possible. If you are a first-time exhibitor, be sure to add your company description right away to ensure that visitors know who you are and what you have to offer! Please add your print description as well, as this will be printed in the official ACT Annual Meeting Program.
The "welcome message" (50 character maximum) can be something short, such as your company motto or slogan (e.g., “Great people, great work, real results!”). The print description field is 50 words and is where your longer description would be entered for the printed directory. The online description field can accommodate a longer description if you want to have more detailed information in your company description on our website.

Exhibitor Service Kit:
The official General Service Contractor is Alliance National Expositions. The Exhibitor Service Kit will contain all necessary order forms for booth furnishings and will be available in late July. Watch for an email announcement with the link to the kit.
The ACT Lead Retrieval service will once again be available through the ACT Annual Meeting Mobile App. Please complete the order form and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org.

ACT offers many excellent options to help you elevate your brand at the Annual Meeting.
This very popular activity will be offered again this year and is designed as an incentive for all attendees to visit with exhibitors.
