43rd Annual Meeting and ACT Expo Live!

Gaylord Rockies Hotel

Denver, Colorado

November 13–16, 2022

The Annual Meeting and ACT Expo Live! offer participants the opportunity to expand their knowledge on the application of toxicology in safety assessment and regulatory settings through attendance and active participation in Continuing Education courses and Symposia on contemporary issues. The Annual Meeting also allows scientists, especially from drug development and regulatory sectors, to engage in open exchanges regarding areas of mutual scientific interest, including best practices, and to interact on a professional basis in a collegial setting.
ACT Expo Live! offers attendees the opportunity to meet with their industry partners in an intimate setting and all under one roof. ACT attendees maximize this opportunity and are very engaged with exhibitors.

Payment and Booth Space Cancellation Terms

Booths are sold on a first-come, first-served basis based on space availability. The booth deposit must be paid upon booth confirmation to guarantee the reservation of space. Companies must demonstrate relevance to the field of toxicology. Applications for exhibit space are subject to the approval of the American College of Toxicology Council. If you wish to avoid having your booth adjacent to or opposite another company, please carefully review the Exhibit Hall Map before making your selection.

In the event of booth cancellation, the exhibitor must notify the College in writing or refunds will not be considered. If a company cancels its space, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the booth fee if canceled before July 1, 2022. The company is responsible for the full cost if canceled on or after July 1, 2022.
